How the course is structured :
The course follows an effective and well-designed structure. First, you will be introduced to a specific meditation technique/practice, which will be described & explained in detail. Then you will practice the meditation technique during a fully-guided meditation session, carefully observing its effects on your body, mind & consciousness. Following the guided meditation session, there will be a teaching- practice class in which you will learn how to properly teach the technique to others and how to make your students feel and appreciate its beneficial effects. Thus, you will experience all meditation techniques/practices both as a practitioner and as a teacher. You will experience meditation and learn to teach meditation at gross, subtle & profound levels. At each level you will gain sufficient experience and knowledge, which you will help you to gain solid mastery.

About Location :
Our meditation school and retreat center is located in a peaceful suburb named Budhanilkantha, which lies 12 km north of Kathmandu valley. Situated on a beautiful hilltop in the verdant foothills of the majestic Shivapuri mountain, it is a peaceful place filled with vibrant spiritual energy that provides strong support for profound spiritual practices. Budhanilkantha is a charming town in the norther part of Kathmandu. It is famous for being a spiritual and religious centre for Hindus and Buddhists. It is also a much loved place for the practice of yoga and meditation.
Our place is easily accessible being just 15 km from Tribhuvan International Airport and 12 km from the tourist hub Thamel. All the important spiritual places and tourist places of Kathmandu valley are within easy reach from here. The most convenient means of transport to our place is taxi.
How to reach our place from Budhanilkantha??
we are just 2 km from the main centre of Budhanilkantha. There is a very famous temple called “Budhanilkatha Temple”. When you come from Thamel or Tribhuvan International Airport, it will be easy to locate our place by giving reference of Budhanilkantha Temple.
About 200 meters before reaching Budhanilkantha Chowk (main centre), there is a place called Deuba Chowk. Take a right turn at Deuba Chowk. Our place is about 2 km from there. By taxi, it will take about 7 minutes whereas by walking it will take about 30 minutes. The name of the place we are located is called Badeli. Once you reach Badeli village, you will come to a small temple called Radha Krishna Mandir on your left. There you will see our signpost. Please follow the direction as mentioned in the signpost.

We have a total of 10 rooms, designed to cater to different preferences. Our accommodations are divided into two types:
Western Style Accommodation
- Rooms: We have a separate house with rooms designed for those who prefer modern comforts.
- Facilities: Each room has an attached bathroom, air conditioning, hot and cold water, a comfortable bed, a mattress, and a cupboard.
- Additional Features: All rooms include internet access and a balcony with views of the Shivapuri mountain and Kathmandu valley.
