Enjoy comfortable & cozy stay in our well designed and well furnished rooms, which will provide you an ideal space for rest, relaxation, self- practice, study and contemplation. For accommodation, we have two buildings. One house is for premium accommodation and another one is for budget accommodation. There are single rooms as well as double sharing rooms. All rooms are well equipped with essential amenities such as comfortable beds, wardrobes, air conditioners, hot water and internet.
We have two beautiful gardens where you can practice meditation and yoga in open space. One garden lies on the eastern part from where you can see evergreen forest . Another garden is on the southern part from where you can enjoy panoramic view of Kathmandu city and also big green hills.

- Non-vegetarian food, eggs, onion, garlic, milk tea, smoking and drinking are not allowed
- Silent eating is highly recommended and is mandatory for students attending intensive meditation courses.
